What payment methods do you accept?
Check, credit card (Visa / Mastercard / Amex), Zelle, Venmo, ACH bank transfer. 3% processing fee for credit cards. Standard terms: 25% deposit, 50% at midpoint, 25% on completion — custom schedules available for larger projects.
How soon can you start?
Most projects are scheduled within 1–2 weeks of estimate approval. Rush scheduling (5–7 days) is available for a 15% premium.
Do I need to move furniture?
We move light furniture to the center of the room or out of the work area. You should move fragile items, valuables, and electronics. Professional movers can be arranged if needed.
Will the paint smell bother my family?
We use low-VOC paints with minimal odor — safe to occupy the home the same evening. Zero-VOC options are available for sensitive individuals ($10–15 more per gallon).
Do you paint in winter?
Interior: yes, year-round. Exterior: weather dependent — requires 50°F+ and no rain for 6 hours after application. Best scheduled May–October.
What if I don't like the color?
Before starting, we provide test patches to view in your lighting — live with the sample 2–3 days before committing. If the color doesn't match the approved sample, we repaint at 50% material cost (labor no charge).
What's your warranty?
Interior: 3 years on labor and application. Exterior: 5 years. Commercial: 2 years. Covers peeling, flaking, and application defects. Does not cover damage from impact, normal wear, or structural issues.
